Warranty
MARK'S RTM'S is part of the Manitoba New Home Warranty Program. Though all work is done according to The Manitoba Building Code, every house is warrantied whether moved in Manitoba or to Saskatchewan. Each home is built by Mark personally and all trades-people stand behind their work, giving you full confidence that the job is getting done right.
*Cracks in the drywall may appear during the move, and/or while the house settles on a new foundation. We will take $500 dollars off the final sale price to help cover the costs of touch-ups once the house is settled.

Pricing
RTM costs change depending on style and materials, but we're in the $120-125/sqft range for our well equipped base price using 1450sqft as a starting point. Cost per sqft generally goes up with smaller square footage and comes down if you go bigger. Exact costs will vary based on customer choice. Payment is preferred in 3 or 4 stages as the house is being built. One to start building, the second (and third) near the middle to continue, and the final payment just after moving.
