Looking to get by the lake or start a small rental property? This 1008 sqft cottage is just about ready to go!
This floor plan was adjusted slightly from one we have done in the past so the drawing here isn't exact, but it gives you a good idea of the layout of this little place. Adjustments include a private entry to the bathroom from the adjoining bedroom as well the closet in the bathroom was removed to make room for a large 66" vanity. The kitchen stole a little bit of space from the adjacent bedroom to accomodate a 54" island and make a little more room for the dining area more like a typical set up. There is a vaulted ceiling in the main area and an electric fireplace will be built in. Come check it out!
Floor plan will include the adjustments mentioned above.
